When setting up your artwork for printing you need to ensure that all the important elements are placed within the safe zone. The safe zone is a 3mm margin from all edges of the artwork. Elements that must be inside the safe zone are:

• All text
• Logos and icons
• Borders (if applicable)
• Scodix and raised gold/silver (if applicable)

Note that you can have all other elements go right to the edge of the artwork, eg background images, colour backgrounds etc. 

For these elements please ensure that they extend past the edge of the artwork by 3mm to allow for bleed.
