Digital Proofs are always sent after an online order is placed. We must receive approval before going to production. If you have not received it, please check the below.

  • Check your Spam Folder
  • Gmail accounts - check the promotions tab
  • Outlook folders or tabs

If you have done all the above, please call or email us. 

Please be aware - If proofs have been sent from 4 different emails accounts, please check on your end if there is an issue with receiving emails. Gmail and Outlook are very different platforms.
