Sample packs are sent out the day we receive the requests. Unfortunately the packs are not tracked and they are sent with Australia Post.

Sometimes they are lost in the mail or sent back to us due to incorrect address. All we can do is send out another pack and hopefully the second pack will be delivered.

Sample packs are free and sent untracked. If you do require tracking details, we can send an invoice for shipping cost. $8+GST
