For best results, we do recommend saving your file as 300dpi. If the supplied file is set up as lo res, we will send an email for hi res files. Please note - not having the correct artwork will cause a delay in production and delivery time.

If you cannot supply new hi res files and want to proceed with the order. Unfortunately we will not do a reprint if it's not what you expected.
