In most cases yes, if you've placed an order with the incorrect details. Let us know asap and we can update it. If a certain product cannot be delivered in time, refer to the print production schedule. We're happy to cancel and refund the order.


Please note - once the proof is approved and in production. We cannot update/edit or alter the order in any way. If you have extra delivery points, please make sure you have all the details before processing with an order. Once it's uploaded into our system, we can't change or update the order.
